If you are not consistent with your training you won’t be able to max your gains. You need to make a program (a good one for you), be consistent - dont change exercises and exercise order.

I have my own program for Upper and Lower and i have been stuck to it for almost a year and it served me hella well. I used to do PPL before this and stuck to it too but didnt really see any fast results.
