Green eye and a blue eye isn't super noticeable when you're looking down at the ground all the time.

This condition is so rare that you can probably become a poster boy just with it alone. Although you'd probably also need decent looking eyes.

I have central heterochromia, also blue-green, so i can also confirm that it's never noticeable, the colors are very similar.
