Shower everyday and wash your back with panoxyl. Apply a moderately thick layer on and leave it on for a couple minutes then massage into the skin until it’s foamed up and wash off. Also hop on accutane.

this could work but panoxyl does bleach skin, so be careful about that, could also just use an acne body wash with aha/bha implemented in it : ), it could also be the order in which u shower if you do conditioner after body wash that could be making you break out.
